• Friendly staff.
• Water was off due to plumbing issues.

“Hotel is conveniently located to the beach areas. Congestion and noise were high. Had to walk through area that felt like convenience store to get to lobby. Price of parking in area is extremely high. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Water was off for multiple days due to replacement of water heater on upper floors. I had to ask for room change. Room size was adequate at best. Do not stay here if you want a view of anything other than roof tops or the side of buildings.”

• Pretty good location.
• TV was too small.

“Not too bad. TV is way to small. Rooms were renovated recently but they did not use the most skilled of craftsmen (roller marks on ceiling, etc.). They bill themselves as a boutique hotel but fall far short of the typical boutique hotel. It's just your average 2 star hotel. Go into it not looking for too much and you will be fine.”

“This hotel is a good value for budget travelers or vacationers. Clean rooms and equipped. Real glasses rather than plastic. TV rather small, but modern LCD flat screen type with DVD player. My room had a remote for the DVD but not the TV. Helpful and friendly staff.
”

• Attractive room and good location.
• Hard to find and sign was too small.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the fabulous view from our room. China Garden Restaurant was also wonderful.”

• Convenient location.
• Limited parking, very noisy.

“The hotel was in a very convenient location near shopping and the beach. The common areas were very dated, and needs a good overhaul. The rooms were nice, clean and roomy, but the proximity to the nightlife made it very noisy. If your looking for a tranquil escape, this is not the place to stay.”
