• View if above 20th floor.
• Old, small, smelly, 1980s furniture, carpet, bathroom, only 1 elevator working for 40 stories.

“This place is a 40 story dive. It's supposedly only 30 years old, but seems more like 40. Rooms are old furniture, carpet and linoleum. Water flow from shower is poor. Only 1 elevator works for a 40 story building. Bad smell in rooms (I checked 3). Smells like mildew or mold. Got my foot cut on exposed screws in floor of room. Poor experience. No services at all.”
