Hurricane Ivan Closes in on Grand Cayman
GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands Sept. 12, 2004 — Hurricane Ivan closed in on the Cayman Islands with winds near 155 mph on Sunday, uprooting trees, bursting the banks of canals and flooding homes and an airport runway on the British territory.
