Providence Train Station
Sep 25, 2009 by James from Boston
Overall Rating: 3 User Rating Score: 3

  • Nice and clean.
  • Service is bad.

“To buy your MBTA tickets, you must go to the Cafe La France. They are some of the most disrespectful people I've ever met and no help to someone who is from out of town.”

Legion Bowl & Billiards
Apr 27, 2007 by Jeff from Warwick
Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9

  • The rock n bowl and its music selection, the family-friendliness is good too.
  • The location is kind of grungy.

“This place has the best rock n bowl around. It's on Friday nights, and it costs 17 bucks per lane per hour for anyone who is wondering. I love it, they do not stick to one genre of music like AMF. RAP is all AMF does.”

Feinstein Imax Theater At Prov
Mar 10, 2007 by Emm from Taunton, MA
Overall Rating: 6 User Rating Score: 6

  • Comfy, quality viewing and sound.
  • Overpriced, show did not start on time, not let into theater when promised.

“I bought five tickets to see "night at the museum" at the Imax theater. This is a lot to pay for a movie that came out months ago. But then again, this is an Imax theater so you're paying for the experience. We were told the doors would open ten minutes prior to the start of the show. Your seats are assigned directly on your ticket. Food was much overpriced. Then again, it usually is at the movies. For example, candy was $3.75 and bottled soda was $4.00. About fifteen minutes before the show was to begin, we began lining up. Fifteen minutes passed then twenty, then twenty five. There was no explanation why there was a delay and the employees just kept on selling tickets. It got very crowded in the lobby. After thirty minutes in line (15 minutes after the movie was to have begun), people began filing out of the theater. Apparently the delay was because the last show had not let out yet. So, these people had to leave and then the theater had to be cleaned before we could enter. We finally were let in and the movie began about twenty five minutes after it was scheduled to. The movie was good. The picture and sound were excellent. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It was definitely an expensive indulgence in a much unorganized place.”
