• The speed and ease of check in and out, and the hospitality of the staff.
• Could've used more pillows and a blanket, a call to hospitality would've taken care of that.

“This is a large, dramatically beautiful hotel. Loved the free valet parking, ease of check in and out, bellman learned my name quickly even with only a 2 day stay. The food served in the cafe on the casino level was exceptionally good and fairly priced. Our room was comfortable, quiet and best of all smoke-free! Yes, I would recommend this hotel to friends and family without hesitation.”

• The room was not cleaned; We left late morning, put the sign out to be cleaned, but by early evening they still had not cleaned the room

“All in all this was a nice hotel. Location wise it is a little far out.”

• Nothing to like at this hospital!
• Everything to fear and loathe!

“A sub-standard hospital. Avoid at all costs. The administration is self-serving. It is such a horrible institution that the only concern of administration is avoiding law suits. Go to any other medical facility available. the staff is instructed to lie to patients. Don't trust administration or affiliated nuns.”

• Andre's , Diablo's.
• Mold in bath, air cond didn't work well.

“While walking by and glancing in the suites while being cleaned they looked amazing. however, the regular rooms (I stayed in one) were nothing more than average at best. the air conditioning didn't work very well so the air seemed stale the whole stay. there was mold in the shower, and the decor was not very creative. overall I expected a little more of a unique decor for the price we paid- although not expensive by regular standards.”

• Our room was beyond our expectations - beautiful, clean, and roomy!

“I found the Grand Sierra to be a classy difference from the other casino/hotels we visited while in reno. The open space, beautiful lighting and layout for comfort was all beyond our expectations. This place is classy and we will be back to spend some more time there! Thanks so much for a great experience!”
