  • The bed and the bed sheet were comfortable.
  • The hotel staff was too busy, very hard to get helped.

“My husband and I stayed in a room with rendevous decor, and the lighting was too dime, indeed we preferred standard hotel room setting more. I was surprised to find out that they didn't provide slippers, tooth paste, tooth brush and combs, which are commonly found in other hotels. We needed to pay for internet connectivity, in many other Asian hotels that we stayed in before, internet is now all free of charge. In general, it seems that the hotel tried to find more ways to charge the customers, rather than providing convenient services to them. The Ka show there was terrific, but the buffer dinner there was disappointing.”

  • Great concierge service.
  • Room hallways seem outdated.

“The MGM seems very put together and seems to flow perfectly as a casino/hotel. The concierge service is great and they were able to find us great show tickets at lower prices. The room checkout process went off without a hitch even though we were late to the checkout desk.”
