Henry Doorly Zoo
Nov 20, 2008 by Aleesha from Omaha Ne.
Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Amazing, fun, interactive and the best no doubt!
  • There is no negative!

“This zoo is absolutely the best! I go to the zoo frequently and still discover new things! It is absolutely stunning to go at night in the winter time. They have a ton of lights up. I love the jungle! The animals are so active and funny. The staff is very friendly. I also love the new butterfly exhibit they just opened up! I was in there last weekend and a giant white butterfly landed on my head! Crazy stuff! They also have a place where you can feed all these little birds. Its a lot of fun and a great place for family and kids of all ages!”

Crooked Creek Golf Club
Jul 26, 2008 by Jerry from Lincoln
Overall Rating: 4 User Rating Score: 4

  • Beautiful course.
  • Unfriendly staff.

“This is my first year of golf and I have played 5 courses in Lincoln and 2 in Omaha. Crooked is a very nice course but I cannot say the same for its staff. The last time I played there I was with a friend who has been playing for 20 years and we had grounds keeper cut a green that we were trying to reach. He parked his mower in front of it and never turned off the engine. I played by myself a couple of days prior and had a group of five in front of me with carts. They were very slow and you could see them making practice swings after they hit their shots and were taking their time. The general feeling for me is that I was not wanted there.”
