• Lane well maintained.
• Monitors in need of repair or replacement.

“Owner is not very receptive to customer concerns. Food service staff need to wear gloves. I noticed they touch money and then the food and they do not always wash hands after handling the money. Owner and staff need an attitude adjustment when it comes to working with the public. Bathroom needed cleaning.”

• Well laid-out format.
• Placed a bit out of the way from inner harbor.

“This place was awesome. Totally refreshing look at art. Each floor held an interest that suited all ages. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very ingenious place with tons of stimulation for the brain!”

“This was a girl scout event and the staff was very rude. They didn't have enough small ball for the girls to use and made us make a deposit to use them. The lady helping with the shoes was rude and short with myself and the parents. My suggestion to you is do not use them for a fund raising event because they cannot handle a large group. They were not clear on their instructions and they lost one of my GS shoes and blamed us for losing it. I will never patronize that facility again.”

• I like the fact that it's close, so that everyone can find it and get to it.
• I just wish that they get some more new bowling balls and better bowling shoes.

“I live around the area of the bowling center, its OK for the most part, you can have fun there if you know what times and days that you go. I have had fun lots of times. I haven't really gotten in to anything with the staff, but it a very easy place to get friends together and chill.”
