- Many beautiful things!
- Tough to think of any!
“Love this place! Bought the most beautiful concrete piece modified for a lamp. Would have bought so much more if I didn't have to carry it on a plane! Can't wait to go back next visit!”

- Variety of items.
- A bit crowded.
“We made a quick stop in the museum last month looking for family history. Plus the depot where the museum is housed would be the very one where my mom arrived in Leesville in 1921! The folks there were so helpful. Due to space constraints, the collection is crowded; but the variety of items and the friendly people more than made up for that.”

- Our guide was very knowledgeable and happy to be there.
- We were the last tour, the book store closed. Should have bought on the way in.
“A great introduction to the French Quarter, architecturally and historically speaking. The guides are the best and very knowledgeable. I learn something every time I go.”

“You thought that medicine was crude now. This museum shows the Good Ole Days when hacksaws and poisons were used, along with leeches. By the way, the leeches still grace the counter swimming around in a jar (I never turned my back to them). A typical operating room of the era is upstairs. It's a neat place to visit, although they won't let me try any of the medicine. The third time was the charm for us.”

- Location.
- Cannot handle patient load.
“Many doctors and staff but delayed answers. Insurance patients are the priority not injury. Strange attitude. Hospital grew to fast. They can't keep up.”
