Carroll Five Theaters
May 30, 2008 by Amber from Carroll
Overall Rating: 3 User Rating Score: 3

  • Small city.
  • Bad theater.

“This theater seats are not very comfortable. You can hear the trains out side. They serve old popcorn. Prices are to high for a town. They act like they're a high class Theater when they are not. I would not recommend this Theater.”

Camp Pokamoke
May 29, 2008 by Michelle from Omaha
Overall Rating: 7 User Rating Score: 7

  • Fun experience.
  • Cold pool.

“My 5 year old went to Camp Pocomoke for her first camp experience. She enjoyed the day camp experience and wants to go again. She is looking forward to being old enough for the horse camp. I do have a concern on why they allowed 5 years olds to choose whether or not they wanted to swim in 50 degree weather?! I don't know why this would even be an option for a 5 year old to make. Advice to other parents: don't pack a swim suit unless the temperature is reasonable for swimming.”

30 Lanes
Mar 14, 2008 by michaelvellie from Greenwood SC
Overall Rating: 3 User Rating Score: 3

  • Brunswick synthetic.
  • No open bowling.

“The only thing good about the place is that they have Brunswick synthetic. The bad news is, if you are from out of town looking for a place to bowl; not just here but anywhere around Davenport, IA there is never any open bowling. Even if 6 or 7 lanes are open, there is no open bowling during leagues (which is everyday of the week).”

Des Moines West Koa
Jan 29, 2008 by Nick from Quartzsite
Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9

  • The best KOA we've ever been in!
  • Nothing!

“We stay at this Campground/RV park every year and have watched it improve 110% since the new owners came in about 5 years ago. We have a 42-ft 5th wheel and have no problems fitting our rig in the sites. The facilities are spotless and the grounds are immaculate. I don't think Ive ever seen so much green grass at a campground. We highly recommend this park to everyone from tenders to coaches. They have accommodated us as we have grown from a tent to a 5th wheel.”
