“This chapel is a recently renovated historical building, in use by the university for ceremonies such as graduations, conferences and promotions. It affords the visitor a very interesting view on Dutch church and academic history. During the recent architectural renovation the scenery of the beginnings has been lovingly restored, emphasizing the interaction between burgher, state and city, or conviction, religion and science, while accommodating the academic ceremonies of today. Do not forget to climb the staircase to the attic where students once were reading the books-on-chains.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Attraction Representatives:
