Research User Reviews for Hiram M. Chittenden Locks (Ballard Locks) (1-1 of 1)

“The boats come. The boats stop. The water goes up on one side and down on the other or vice versa. The boats go again. In a sense, if you've seen one set of locks, you've seen 'me all, and judged against that scale, the Ballard Locks are meant for only the truly desperate-for-attractions tourist. On the other hand, the gardens are pretty, and if you find yourself in the area, it's a decent place to just kick around and do nothing in for a half hour or so.” 5 of 16 people found this review helpful.Attraction Representatives:
