• We were the only people waiting to see a doctor.
• Maybe there was a reason for the above, our experience at mark twain hospital was very disturbing.

“We brought our 3-yr. Old son into the err, which was very quiet-we were the only people there, other then the hospital staff , to have his chin stitched from a fall. We had come from the Kaiser in the area where we had waited some 2+ hours and could not be told when he would be seen, so we took our chances going to mark twain. After we waited for a while, finally the err dr. That night, a very large black man (I have completely blocked his Name from my mind) who made shuffling noises with his feet as he, traveled down the hallway towards us. He dropped the same instrument, which was replaced with a sterile one each time, 3 ax¿s. I had to ask for our son's chin to be renumbered because of the length of time between the numbing and actual stitching. If it hadn't been so late, past midnight, and we hadn't just come from waiting so long at Kaiser and I had knowledge of an alternate reputable medical facility (we were from out-of-town), I would have left in a heart beat. It was a traumatizing experience that I would wish on no one. I can only hope that the dr. Is no longer on staff, he was horrible.”
