“Kept flat on a gurney-Needed head raised. X-rays of broken upper arm were unusable to the doctor. When told I needed to go to the ladies room, I was told I could go on my way out, and that was before all the x-rays and examination. Not admitted to the hospital but told I could go to a doctor in the suburbs on Monday and this was Friday night. They never called my doctor to tell her I had broken my arm. I shudder when I simply drive past the place now. Ambulance would not take me to my hospital, said they had to take me to the nearest one that wasn't too busy. Ravenswood was out of business, and Swedish Convenient was too busy with the overload because of Ravenswood being closed. I think I would have been better treated at a Veterinarian's office.
