• A restoration would make this a grand boutique hotel.
• No one would invest that kind of money..

“In July, 2005 we entered the hotel lobby to check out a restaurant that was supposed to be on the basement level. No one was at the front desk, it was poorly lit, and badly in need of a makeover. Finally a woman came out of the back room and said the restaurant went out of business a year ago. The hotel can't be far behind. It's on the main street but the neighborhood looks very seedy. It would make a great set for a movie needing a flop house.”
