• There were a few nice nurses.
• Prescribed meds I can not take, slapped by one nurse. Told I had to hold it when I said I had to use the bathroom.

“For the most part the staff was uncaring and even cruel at times. I will never go there again. I am going to file a lawsuit against them for their treatment of me.”

• Little concern for my care, dirty, slow.

“Went to the Emergency room today via ambulance. Was four hours before I was seen and 9 hours before I left. There was a catheter needle on the floor beside the bed. When I pointed it out to the nurse (who was very scarce the whole time), he looked at it, said "Oh" and walked back out. I feel I got rushed treatment even though it was 9 hours, and I was told I had a kidney infection; I went in after a fall and because of the pain, but was given no prescription for the kidney infection. There was trash of all sorts on the floor, beside the bed, under the bed, and desk/counter. It will be my last visit to this hospital, and I've been going there for over 53 years1.”
