• Teens, teens, teens. Horrible staff and manager.

“Randall 16 is strictly run by teenagers that are rude and self-absorbed. They are horrible at the concession. Every time I go, it is dreadful, knowing that I have to be waited on by this staff. They are in conversation with their peers behind the counter, and have no regard to the people to whom they are to waiting on. Then to try and report this behavior, you are then faced with a manager that is another teenager, or barely above that age. It is so frustrating. These teens need some serious guidance. Not to mention, that if some state health agency decided to pop in, the floors and counters behind the concessions are so filthy, muttered with popcorn thrown about. I'd rather not know where my food is coming from, if this is the case. Someone needs to get in gear, before this theater goes downhill anymore!”

• Good service.
• Bad quality and cleanliness.

“The theater overall was OK but the cleanup was horrible. I almost slipped on the amount of horrible grease from the floors and the lights didn't dim until halfway into the movie... the seats weren't very good quality either. I'd personally go to Classic Cinemas.”
