• Good treatment.
• Terrible billing department.

“The hospital emergency room treated my father very well during our eviction from Florida during hurricane Frances. However, someone in the billing department never sent a bill for Medicare. After about nine months, my parents were contacted for account collection. Medicare has no record of any services performed by the hospital's emergency room. This probably means the hospital never sent out a bill. Now a collections agency is pursing my mother for services rendered, but never billed. Terrible. To add to this, my passed away over one year ago.”
