• We were in and out within 2 hours each time we came.
• The parking kind of stinks but it does at every hospital.

“I have unfortunately been to this hospital on several occasions with my son who is accident prone. They have been great! We do not have to spend 6-10 hours to be seen and the staff is wonderful. They always give him special attention and have been right on the money with his diagnosis. I would never go anywhere else as long as I could get there within a reasonable time.”

• Televisions in all the rooms.
• Everything else.

“I came to north side at Cherokee for the first (and last) time for a spinal fusion. My doctor was fabulous (he only uses this hospital; must live close to it); however, the remainder of the staff was horrible! I had massive bruising b/c the nurse could not figure out what to do prior to surgery. After surgery the nurses were condescending, inattentive, abrasive, and seemed very unhappy most of the time. I think out of 7 nurses on various levels one may have been somewhat decent. The food was awful! I literally checked myself out for the sake of my safety and mental well being. Would never recommend!”

• The most friendly/helpful employees were the security people.

“Doctors are rude, very rude. Some of the nurses were very good, many were not. Food was disgusting. Same meal every day and it was gruesome. One m.d. Had the nerve to ask me if I knew the price of a Mir because I was unable to complete a test in that coffin. Very inappropriate. I was inpatient for three days, not once did the room get cleaned or the bedding changed. Very poorly administrated facility. Although they did not discover a diagnosis or explanation for my medical problem, I was released and sent on my way with no resolution.”

• Nothing.
• Slow, rude, incompetent, liars.

“The err is rude and the doctors could care less. If you are disabled or on disability be prepared to be treated like a third class citizen.”

• Some of the staff were nice.
• The wait was horrible even for an ER.

“I have been to this hospital twice and both times I was given the wrong diagnoses. first I was told I had a sprained knee and in fact I had to have ACL replacement surgery. then the second time I was told that I had a UTI when in fact I had to had gall stones and then needed to have my gallbladder out. Needless to say I am not at all happy with this facility and have told all my friends about this experience. I will never go back or take my family there.”
