• I like the LCD tv and the kitchen.
• I did not like the fact that there was only one vending machine and it was on the 1st floor.

• Very clean hotel. Brand new.
• Staff was no where to be found. They never answered the phones.

• Large spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, great staff.
• Liked everything.

“Excellent location and a lot for your money. Hotel was beautiful, comfortable beds. Large kitchen area with full size fridge. Friendly helpful staff and huge delicious breakfast - serve yourself - but something for everyone. Nice pool and work out station. Close to Delaware beaches and Dover casino.”

• Big room, clean, beautiful, excellent TV.
• Breakfast could have been better - ran out of most foods.

“For the price, this is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Room was lovely. Only negative was the breakfast had run out of most foods by 9:00 am and there was not effort to replenish by staff.”

• Hard to locate.

“New hotel, super friendly service. We had an ADA room, although we are not differently ambled and it was huge! The room was sparkling clean and well-appointed. Pool was closed but they had a decent work-out facility and included breakfast was sufficient as well, but definitely not gormet.”

“Light, bright, cheery and clean. The room was attractive and very clean. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked with matching dishware. Abundance of the little niceties (coffee, creamer, sugar, popcorn, toiletries). We will definitely visit this hotel again.”

• We enjoyed our first visit, and so we stayed at this hotel again for our return trip- our second visit.
• We were very impressed with our first trip. On the second trip, I was given 2 conflicting answers in regards to the shuttle to the casino.

“No lobby level rooms available. Was told by one clerk to stop by at the desk and wait for shuttle but when I was in the lobby, the clerk says there's no shuttle running except for Fridays and Saturdays. So I had to make other arrangements, was disappointing. Otherwise everything was wonderful.”

• No laundry bags available in the room.

“It was only a one day stay, but we enjoyed the conveniences and comfort. Especially liked being on the lobby level, we decided to return again to the same area three days later and was hopeful to get the same accommodation.”

• Just the fact that it was raining!

“We loved this hotel and how easy it was to get the room for the nights we needed them. The customer service was great and all the hotel staff catered to our needs. • Excellent Staff, Awesome Accomidations, Awesome Breakfast, Quiet Setting yet close to everything.
• I liked everything about this hotel - if the price was lower that would be OK but actually for what you got it was priced well.

“Staff is very professional, Accomidations are very much a cut above for a moderate hotel, the breakfast that is included is Exceptional, and it is nicely set back off the main road. I look forward to staying there again and again!”

• The full breakfast rocks! Room & kitchen are excellent.
• Oh, heck, the whirlpool wasn't running; no bathroom fan .

“This is a very nice, new and clean hotel in an unspectacular but extremely convenient part of Dover; however, all the Marriott Residence Inn amenities made it very liveable. Dover Downs isn't very far away, you could walk it but the hotel desk manager didn't suggest that at night.”

• Tightest slots ever. .

“Clean environment, reasonable costs of food, mediocre taste. This casino has the tightest slots I have ever seen. They give you just enough money to keep you alive a little longer before them NA you dry. By the end of it, you only have a dollar left and you figure you may as well go out with a bang. My advice, any time you are even slightly up, cash out, subtract the difference and start over. There are no jack pots over here.”

• CLEAN ATTRACTIVE CASINO .
• VERY TIGHT MACHINES.

“About a 1 hour drive to Delaware Park lots of Penny slots that you can play up to $5.00 a spend, play for hours if you have the money because the slots never give you the bonus, you can put $200.00 in a single machine and never win a thing. Nice and clean looking place but the slots don't pay out. 2-3 years ago you could play longer for your money and sometimes hit a jackpot NOT ANY MORE NO ONE WINS BUT THE CASINO ”
