Riverside Resort Campground & Canoe Rental

• Everything the resort has to offer.
• Young kids drinking and acting a fool, needs small bathhouse at end of small cabin area.

“For the people that made statements about the cops coming on the property, you shouldn't be doing anything that would draw concern. Its a place to come and relax and have fun not act stupid. I'm one of the many Kimbrell's that has been going to this resort for many years. This is the place to be. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

• Price, condition.
• None really.

“Fairways and greens are kept in good condition and this course will challenge your iron game. It plays narrow and if playing from the back tees will require precise tee shots to have a decent look at the green for your second shots. All in all a fun course to play.”

• My favorite part of the campus is the fountain. The springs represent the school emblem.
• Calling all shopaholics: Clarksville does not have a mall.

“This school is awesome. Not only does it have a small family-like environment, there is a diverse campus. The education one receives is definitely worth the money. You would not expect such a gem in such a small town, but if you come visit, you will surely fall in love with the beautiful campus and friendly students, faculty, and staff.”

“We travel almost 90 miles each week to bowl at the hotel. We have bowled each summer in a PBA league at their establishment. No only is the center clean and fun to bowl in but the employees and always helpful and friendly unlike larger corporate centers. Thanks for providing us with a great place with great atmosphere to bowl in.”

• More African-American wax figures.

“This was a family & friends vacation, we really enjoyed the wax figures. I did not really like the chamber of horror. I think the museum should have more African-American wax figures. People of all cultures visit the museum, so having more variety would be nice.”

• Everything bowling, people and food.
• Absolutely nothing.

“I found you on the net. Husband and I like to go to new places out of the way places. We Stayed at Horseshoe Bend and then eat the 178 Club and had a few drinks. We had a great time. keeping score was even fun. Nice people. Cannot wait to come back and bring my friends.”

• Fairways needed considerable work done on them, to many divots that were not repaired.

“Friendly and cooperative employees, no screen for protection on holes 9 & 18 from the driving range last time I was there, which is somewhat dangerous.”

• Reasonable price and nice course.
• Really, nothing that I found I disliked.

“Very interesting links course. No tree so the wind was a factor, but it very wide open and spacious. Greens in very good condition when I was there.”

• Bowling! Game room! And good burgers.
• Cosmic bowling didn't start until 10:00pm. Needed to leave before then.

“This is a nice bowling alley. The people that work there are real helpful and wanted us to have a good time. We were there for several hours. ”

• Recently redone, welcoming feeling, they are going for the retro fifties feeling.
• Still had the telescour, but I think that made us pay more attention to the game.

“I was fishing the white river and what a treat to find a cool place to bowl. It was just redone and you could still smell the paint, but what a fun place. The people (fellow bowlers) were nice and the staff was as well. It was what bowling should be. It's a little town but the bowling alley was connected to a restaurant, the 178 club that served excellent food. I would say 4 star foods. What a find in a little town. Thanks white river inn for sending us there.”

• Need more exhibits.

“I have been visiting Hot Springs since I was 10 years old. I am now MUCH older. I never get tired of going to the Wax Museum. I am in my 30's and I still can't wait to go visit the museum this summer. This is a tradition that I will never end!”

• Well ran by caring people, clean, friendly environment.
• Well. I just dont get to go there as much as I want to.

“The flat out best camp ground in Arkansas and possibly the USA. Owned and ran by folks that know how to do it. It is located in a great fishing area, in a beautiful countryside setting.”

Garvan Woodland Gardens

• It was a very pleasant outing. The gardens were beautiful.
• My next visit will be during cooler weather. The heat and humidity were the only negative.

“My family was in from near Dallas at the beginning of June. Garvan Gardens is one of our attractions here that we chose to see. It was spectacular at that time and we all enjoyed it very much. I feel fortunate that we have this in our area. We took dozens of pictures and were delighted with the backgrounds of waterfalls, bridges, flowering plants, trees, etc. ”

• absolutely beautiful
• not enough time to stay longer

“I first learned about the resort through a phone conversation with sales person at the resort. She was very friendly and described the resort in unbelievable detail. I have to say that is was exactly like described. Clear mountain streams, Large sites with large shade trees and only a short drive to the town square for the good ole folk music. Stop by and visit with the blonde in the sales office. You will know who she is because she will greet you with a smile and make you feel like you belong!”

• Was just beautiful and peaceful. Lovely garden and waterfalls...A must for everyone!

“We enjoyed the hike thoroughly. My husband really enjoyed it also. The trees were just wonderful. In fact there is a tree right by the tent outside the gift shop we really liked. We were wondering if someone could tell us what kind of tree it is.”
