Bear Tooth Theater Pub
Oct 18, 2008 by Josh from Denver Colorado

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Service selection and environment were all great.
  • Kind of spendy but not too bad.

“I had great service and I would go back. Food is a little pricey but well worth it. They have really great movies. I think that you should tip the people that bring you your food. I didnt see much of that happening but I did.”

  • None.
  • I have witnessed him insult his customers.

  • I love the seats.
  • The new number drives me crazy.

“The new number does not work so well. It is hard to find the movie you want to see. But the theater is great!”

Anchorage Museum of History & Art
Sep 12, 2007 by Anita from New Port Richey

Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9

  • Interesting, a lot of fun.
  • Tiring, a bit scary at times.

“A lot of fun, really neat to see. It was awesome seeing a piece of the pipeline, and I enjoyed the artifacts. Be warned, though, they put stuffed (dead) animals in odd places. At one point, you're looking up at canoes on the ceiling, and you turn the corner and there's a moose in front of you. A bit un-nerving. Moose are huge animals!”

Downtown Saturday Market
Sep 12, 2007 by Anita from New Port Richey

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Lots of fun, diverse, Yummy.
  • Nothing really. Bring what you can spend, spend more than you bring.

“I went when I was 12-ish. It was a lot of fun! A word to the wise, though...If you go, brings a lot of money. You'll see things that you just cant live without, and authentic Eskimo things dont come cheap. The fudge is superb, as are the reindeer and bison sausage. You'll see crafts that will amaze you. They priced quite reasonably for the products that are being sold. But, as I said, it's not cheap.”

Bear Tooth Theater Pub
Nov 1, 2006 by Judith from Atlanta, Georgia

Overall Rating: 8 User Rating Score: 8

  • Loved the food, environment, and service!
  • Food is slightly overpriced.

“I loved my trip to Bear Tooth! Unique and fun experience! The pizza there was hot, fresh, and delicious. They have the greatest variety of items for even the pickiest of eaters. That's where it may hurt the penny-pincher, as the tickets are cheap but the food is quite expensive. The environment was too fun; it's not every day when you can get food delivered to you as you watch a fabulous movie. I'd definitely go back when I returned to Alaska.”

Bear Tooth Theater Pub
Jul 16, 2006 by Kathleen from ANC

Overall Rating: 5 User Rating Score: 5

  • Unique, fun place to go, good food and drinks.
  • I've consistently experienced slow and poor service, usually crowded, not enough parking.

“Bear Tooth is a fun and unique place to go with good food and drinks...BUT be prepared for slow and unfriendly service, long lines, and not enough parking. Get there early and don't expect excellent customer service then you may not be too disappointed.”

  • The lake was great, but I liked the basketball court better.
  • The bathrooms were filthy, I'd rather go in the woods, it was so sick

Blues on the Green Festival
May 3, 2006 by Sandra Smith from Anchorage

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Fantastic music, food vendors and beer tent and good people.
  • Too few bathrooms and lines for beer.

“The best outdoor music festival I've ever attended. The producers of this really know what they're doing. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun. AND, don't forget to go to a great blues club while in town. Blues Central ”

Overall Rating: 10 User Rating Score: 10

  • Very interesting and educational place to visit.
  • Can think of no negatives about it.

“We visited here on our trip to Alaska from June 20 to July 19. This reindeer farm was one of the highlights for me and I enjoyed feeding the reindeer very much. Youngsters and adults alike would enjoy this farm. I highly reccomend it as a stop.”

Isabel Miller Museum
Jan 23, 2005 by Isabel M . from Sitka

Overall Rating: 9 User Rating Score: 9

  • Excellent history exhibits well informed staff
  • Zero atmosphere--doesn't feel like a museum until you get in and actually see it

“This outstanding tiny museum is the only attraction in Sitka dedicated to all of Sitka's history. And the only free attraction in Sitka It's packed with informative exhibits--you could spend 20 minutes there or a week. While it is not comparable to state and federally run museums in money spent on exhibits displays and artifacts, it is a great place to learn about Sitka's amazing history, and put it all together.”
