• Parking, no crowds, pleasant personnel-even security.
• Slow baggage return, little to do in terminal while waiting.

“I flew during Spring break 2008 and the process was so easy. Parking was a breeze. Flight selection is minimal but if I can find a flight to meet my needs this airport will be my first choice. Even going through security was pleasant. That has never happened before! The flights were on time and the staff were polite. Baggage return took a very long time on the return flight.”

• Convenience, saves time, no hassle parking, no long lines.
• Ticket price could be slightly lower.

“June of 2006 I flew out of Rockford to Denver. The parking was great! Just a short walk to boarding. The flight was excellent. Returning to Rockford was hassle free. I think this is a great airport for ease to get into and out of. No traffic problems and no large parking fees. I was home 15 minutes after my flight. I will always try to fly out of Rockford If available.”

• Free parking.
• Most all.

“This is the worse airport I have ever been in. Long delay 8 hours plus and no security to let you in and out. Coffee shop closes and it is a horrible place, the help are not very helpful. I would not fly out of there ever even with free tickets. I hope we get there and I hope they fix this airplane good enough to get us there safely. This has ruined flying for my 6yr old and 10 yr old grandsons. Such a pity.”

• To become third Chicago airport.
• Nothing, but will be great to add a nice restaurant in this location in order to observe more people and possible connection to chose this place for their next flight.

“I had opportunity to fly in and out from this airport, service was great and on time, easy in and out no issue with parking or bags, I will recommend it to all. ”
