Fifteen airlines service the airport including American, Delta, United and their affiliated regional jet services. The airport provides nonstop flights to eleven destinations with the most daily flights departing for Dallas/Ft. Worth. The main terminal, last renovated in 1989, funnels into two long and narrow concourses. In 2004, the airport celebrates its 50th year of providing Kansas residents and visitors with air travel options besides ruby slippers.
