Free performances at Sejong Cultural Center81-3 Sejongno, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South KoreaTel: +82 (0)2 399-1573 The Sejong Cultural Center is one of the top venues in Seoul for modern classical music as well as traditional classical music and folk drama. Although it hosts some of the most famous performers in the world, the Sejong Cultural Center also caters to the average fan of the performing arts. It does this by giving regular free performances in the back of the precinct for those who live or work in the area. There is no audience restriction, however, so why not go along and surprise yourself? You never know what performance you are going to find, but you can be sure that it will be good.

“When I was living in Seoul, this was "the" cultural performance center. Before Sejong Center, the city of Seoul didn't really have a prominent art and cultural center. It was a great place to welcome many cultural performances and exhibitions both domestic and foreign right to the heart of the city. As matter of fact, the very first show I caught at Sejong was The Village People's concert. I've also seen few operas and traditional dance exhibitions there. It's a great place to visit. All except when you come out of the hall, you are facing the busiest, noisiest streets in all of Korea.” 5 of 6 people found this review helpful.Popular Attractions in Seoul
