Located in an historic building, this museum houses nearly 200 years of human heritage. Find artifacts from Jasper's fur trade days, bits and pieces of the Pocahontas coalmine and an interpretive exhibit that focuses on the history and heritage of the area's native people. If your children are easily bored by museum displays, there is a kid's activity room to keep them occupied while you peruse the exhibits and gift shop.
