This airport has two terminals, eight main carriers, four smaller charter carriers, and transports about 3 million passengers per year. It is a state-of-the-art facility with newly renovated concessions and bilingual service.
In partnership with various cultural organizations like the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Manitoba Opera and Folk Arts Council, it has initiated a one-of-a-kind in North America program: the Showcase Manitoba Store. It features an exclusive—Mondetta Air clothing—as well as event related merchandise from the partners. All of the airport's share of the profits go to local cultural groups.
