Mississippi Crafts Center - Natchez Trace

Natchez Trace Pkwy, Milepost 102.4, Natchez, MS
Tel: (601) 856-7546

Built and maintained by the Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi, this facility along the Natchez Trace has offered exhibits and live demonstrations of area folk artists for more than 25 years. Of particular interest are the works of native Choctaw Indians, whose leather goods, pewter ware, and basketry are as functional as they are beautiful. On Saturdays, from spring through fall, Choctaw basket weavers, wood carvers, quilters and more are on hand throughout the day to demonstrate their skills.

Admission is free.
