Located on the southern coast, Crane Beach is one of the most storied beaches in the islands. The waves curl and crash with pounding efficiency and brutal regularity, making it very popular among surfers, boogie boarders and experienced swimmers. The sand's pink tint and the all-encompassing ocean views make it one of the best spots on Barbados to watch a sunset, relax, or sunbathe. When thirst is upon you, try and pull yourself away from the beautiful landscape for a drink at the adjacent Crane Beach Hotel.
