An international cricket match is held each year in October/November at this riverside location. The Park is transformed, with tiered seating and marquees erected for the crowds that come to soak up the sun and the sporting atmosphere. The Park, just across the bridge from the Guildford town centre, marks the beginning of the tourist drive through the Swan Valley. The area has three ovals and a picnic area by the river. Facilities include electric and wood barbecues, tables and seats, toilets, tap water and children's playground equipment.
