“Lucky Peak is a lot of fun however, don't go to the "sandy point" because although it has a large fountain and a sandy beach it is known for having large breakouts of swimmers itch and could be called a community pee pond. Mostly small children go there. After last years tragic deaths of an entire herd of elk that fell through the ice on the lake and all died; there has been parts of the lake that is contaminated, don't worry though they took a crane and found almost all of the elk and drug their waterlogged bodies from the contaminated lake!!! So have fun, watch out for elk parts, and don't drink the water... ” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Popular Attractions in Boise
