Churchman Brook Dam

Built in the 1920s, this dam is a quaint and accessible picnic spot. It is a lovely area surrounded by forest providing a soothing atmosphere particularly in the hot summer months.
There are short walking trails where you will hear the cackle of a Kookabura or spot a majestic Black Cockatoo. The children's playground is always a hit and there is a large open grassed area suitable for ball games.
The picnic areas are nicely maintained and there is no shortage of barbecues. No dogs allowed.
