This is the main shopping street in Las Palmas. The Triana area was built not long after the city was established, opposite Barranco Guiniguada, a ravine. Running into Calle Triana are some lovely side streets, such as La Peregrina or Malteses.The most varied architectural styles give this pedestrian zone a style of its own. As well as appreciating the architecture, visitors should go into the many clothes, electronic, jewellery and sports shops and visit the famous bars and outdoor terraces.
