The hotel itself offers luxurious rooms with state-of-the-art facilities, a Club Lounge, spacious function rooms. Its health club called Spa Midlands has a whole array of relaxation facilities like sauna, Jacuzzi, massage parlour to rejuvenate tired nerves. The Berjaya Club Floors and Lounge located at the highest floor offers spectacular views of the city. There is a Ballroom with maximum capacity of 700 for banquet and 1,000 for theatre.
