Created in 1884 as a nursery for the planting of tropical plants, the 72-acre garden has bloomed with cool tropical plants, lakes and greenery, becoming a venue for joggers, family outings and those who enjoy a cool walk amid the nicely manicured gardens. Be fascinated by the many interesting tropical plants and watch out for the free-roaming, long-tailed Macaque monkeys. Special group tours like the one-hour rainforest appreciation walk or jungle trekking are available through booking.
