The Australian Institute of Sport is the country's governing sport body, headquartered in Canberra and home to most Olympians in training. In 1996, the AIS opened this mountain training facility...but it is not just for athletes. Facilities include pool, spa and waterslide, squash court, gym and sports hall with basketball, volleyball, badminton, netball and handball courts to name but a few.
All staff are fully qualified with extensive experience.
Price Guide: Pool: Adults AUD6.60; children AUD4.40. Tennis court hire AUD15.40 per hour; racquet hire AUD4.40 per hour.
