The Haystack's neighboring rock formations, the Needles, rest nearby.

“Located in Cannon Beach Oregon, around 100 miles from Portland. Many formations like this along the coast, with Haystack being one of the larger. Frequent fog and rain often obscure the rocks from view. July and August are best bets for seeing the best the coast has to offer. Even then, weather can be cool and windy. ” Popular Attractions in PortlandView all attractions in Portland
