Conjunto Guapulo
Desde la Avenida de los Conquistadores a calle del Calvario, Quito, EcuadorThis urban enclave is situated beyond the residential area know as La Gonzalez Suarez. It has a church, a convent and a square, and the streets are very narrow. It is a perfect place for bohemians and dreamers. There are a few bars, an important university and some small shops. The layout of the houses, its infrastructure and Guapulo's geography makes this an attractive spot for local and foreign tourists alike. From time to time, musical performances and other cultural activities are organized in the square.
