Iglesia de El Giron
Avenida 12 de Octubre 1270, Quito, EcuadorLocated in a university area of the city, in the north, this church was constructed in 1972 by the architect Eduardo Gortaire. It is a simple construction frequented mainly by middle class people. It is not a popular place of worship. This church was constructed in materials such as concrete, brick and wood, with very defined forms. It has a parochial office, living quarters for the verger, a bookshop, warehouse and offices.
