Ermita de San Sebastian

Rey Abu Said, s/n, Granada, Spain
Tel: +34 958 261 500 (Curia Eclesiástica)

This is the only remaining Murabit or Muslim place of worship left standing in all of Granada. It was converted into a catholic chapel in 1615. The small domed building with a pointed horseshoe arch is located near the River Genil on Paseo de Violon. This is where Boabdil, the last sultan of Granada, handed over the keys to the city to the Catholic Monarchs, before heading into exile in the Alpujarras.
