Balneario La Punta

Balneario La Punta

Distrito de El Callao, Lima, Peru

A Naval Base, various boulder beaches, a picturesque seafront and family homes dating between the 20s and the 50s coexist on this long peninsula jutting out into the Pacific Ocean. During the summer months bathers are especially attracted to these beaches as they offer an ideal place to cool off in the cold waters. As this quiet area is only an hour-drive away from Lima, it has become an ideal place to live.

  • Beautiful scenery and friendly faces.
  • Cant drink the water!

“We went to La Punta on the last week of march the beach was empty and very beautiful, the sand was black and the water was cold but you get used to it quick I loved the feeling of being on the beach with my family. There are lot of little stores to shop in people are always willing to assist you and are very kind, the food is good but you have to be careful on what you eat and drink!”
