Plaza ColonCalles Muñoz Rivera & O'Donnell, Old San Juan, San Juan, PRTel: (787) 721-2400 This lively plaza is dedicated to Christopher Columbus (Cristobal Colon), the man who opened Puerto Rico and the rest of the Americas to Europe. The Plaza hosts several events organized by the City Hall year round. It's surrounded by several small cafes such as La Boulangerie St. Honore and Cafe Berlin. The Tapia Theater also faces the Plaza, which is always great for people-watching.
