Foro Libertador
Final Avenida Panteón, con Avenida Baralt, Altagracia, Centro, Caracas, VenezuelaThe Foro Libertador has the Panteon National to the north and to the south the Biblioteca. It is located in a beautiful and ample square divided into levels for two different uses. The upper level, opposite the Panteon, has an esplanade with masts that hold the flags of the "Bolivar countries." This space is reserved for official ceremonies during national holidays. The lower level that has the entrance to the Biblioteca Nacional is an area with tropical plants and trees, and is ideal for peaceful reading or for kids to play, enjoying the breeze that comes from El Avila.
