Also known as Tribuna Presidencial (President's Platform). The management of the building is in charge of the Ministry of Defense. It was built between 1935 and 1940 and consists of three towers, each three stories high and linked by a terrace. It was used as the president's stand so that he could watch the civil and military acts. Opposite this building there is a field where different sports, social and religious events, such as concerts and masses, take place.
