Bylandet

Bylandet is probably the best sightseeing island in Espoo. After taking in the magnificent scenery, you can pitch a tent and camp out among true beauty. There is a lot to see on the island. Its natural beauty will stay with you for a long time. Bylandet itself, as well as the charming islands surrounding it, are so full of beauty and splendour that it is a good idea to spend a couple of days on the island to soak up the atmosphere. There are also great man-made sights to see and the island's old Russian bunkers are well worth a look.

So, if you are sailing in the Espoo archipelago and want to rest amidst glorious scenery, or if you want to spend more than one afternoon on an island, preparing your own food and possibly catching some fish for dinner, this is the island for you.
