Mercadillo de la Alfalfa

If you are looking for a pet, or you already have one and want to buy him a present, come to this traditional animal market, which is open every Sunday of the year. Located in the city centre, in the square with the same name, it gets absolutely packed with people who just come to have a look as well as the real experts who come out with a cage of canaries, a couple of cats or a few terrapins under their arm. This is a perfect place to take the children, although they may insist on making an addition to the family by buying one of the pups or kittens on sale here!
