Telstra Stadium
Edwin Flack Avenue, Olympic Park, Sydney, AustraliaThis is the largest outdoor venue in Olympic history, built at a cost of AUD690 million. Suspended from a huge arch structure are three hectares of curved roof, specifically designed for Australian conditions. In regular use, the stadium plays host to a variety of big sporting events and concerts. It has five-star facilities, including 125 private suites, 160 open boxes, and meeting and banquet facilities.
