Valle de Santa Ines
Plaza de la Iglesia, s/n, Ibiza, SpainThis area is at its most magnificent between the end of January and the beginning of February, since it is an area of land that is completely covered in almond trees that flower at that time of year. The white flowers set against the recently-ploughed red earth are an amazing sight. There are several paths through the valley that you can walk or ride a bike along. Throughout the rest of the year this is still a great place to relax and go for walks in the island's interior.
