Capilla de San CiriacoSan Ciriaco, s/n, Ibiza, SpainSan Ciriaco is a steep, cobbled little street that crosses the Calle Mayor and leads to Ibiza's cathedral in the heart of the old part of the city (Dalt Vila), declared World Heritage site by Unesco. In this little street, you can find an interesting little chapel with the same name, San Ciriaco. It is a large crack in the rock with a grille covering the hole in the wall. Legend has it that this is the place where the first Catalan soldiers entered the Arab citadel in 1235, thus allowing the island to be conquered by King Jaime I.
