In the 1990's, the San Antonio town council decided to restore an old mill and the adjoining house that stand on the town's seafront esplanade. The house is now used as an exhibition centre for all types of art although it is not always open, and its opening hours vary, depending on the exhibition. The mill has been fitted out with new machinery and admission is free.
